Mike Mason is an electronic & ambient music artist and video creator — to date, the work spans two music aliases and a growing collection of YouTube channels built for slow, unhurried attention.

Music comes first. Midnight Willow is piano-forward ambient and neoclassical music composed for solitary listening. Liminal Dusk is purer ambient — textural and spacious, and the music you'll hear if you spend time in some of the channels.

The channels are a separate but related thing: an assortment of experimental YouTube channels, most of which are focused on calming ambient and atmospheric content designed for relaxation, sleep, and focus.

Alongside all of that, I keep The Workbench — a quieter practice of world-building, tabletop game design, and storytelling. Most of it isn't ready yet; the page exists to be honest about what's in progress.
